Gentle postnatal exercises gradually help new mums to regain physical strength, tone muscles and enjoy deep relaxation. Yoga can provide the support needed at this time of change. In Ayurveda as well as in other traditions, pregnancy is a very special time for mums to grow strong and together with their babies.
